Normativa Reach - CNA Produzione dell’Emilia-Romagna, con la collaborazione di CNA Nautica Servizi scarl (la Nautica è uno dei settori con le maggiori ricadute) hanno organizzato un seminario di approfondimento sul REACH il giorno Mercoledì 5 dicembre 2007, alle ore 17.00, presso la CNA di Ravenna viale Randi n. 90.
Il 1° giugno 2007 è entrato in vigore il Regolamento CE n.1907/2006, denominato REACH, concernente la registrazione, la valutazione, l’autorizzazione e la restrizione delle sostanze chimiche; tale normativa riguarda pertanto, a vario titolo, tutti i settori che utilizzano dei “chemicals”.

Il 3 giugno a Rimini presso il porto turistico CNA Nautica Nazionale ha organizzato un convegno on marine leasing in cooperation with SelmaBipiemme and UCINA. The initiative aimed to raise awareness on the need for government institutions and also provide recreational boating the Italian legislation that allows the companies to compete better in Europe, in particular less bureaucratic procedures of registration of boats and legislation also facilitated the leasing water to boats under 12 meters, can be a driving force for further development of the sector.
The initiative has certainly hit the mark and on July 6 Enzo Cortesi was received in Parliament for a hearing on amendments to legislation in vigore:

Per quanto concerne la distribuzione delle risorse umane rispetto alle differenti attività tipiche realizzate dalle imprese, si nota come il processo di “Organizzazione e Produzione” impegni addirittura circa l’80% dei dipendenti addetti, mentre il restante quinto risulta essere distribuito in maniera significativa solo nel processo “amministrazione” e “innovazione e sviluppo prodotti” e in misura marginale negli altri.....
Analizzando la dinamicità della forza-lavoro emergono due elementi relativi alle imprese fornitrici della filiera:
√ Una certa tendenza alla stabilità in termini di numeri di addetti delle aziende appartenenti al campione, che non presentano tassi significativi di crescita.
